This character farm has traditionally been well operated in conjunction with a larger sheep and beef unit. Farm has historically done dairy winter grazing and cereals. Truly a unique location being 50 minutes south of Queenstown and the thriving Southern Lakes district. Vendors have recently acquired subdivision consent to create four individual lifestyle lots (4.84, 4.95, 4.97, and 8.88 hectares) between SH 6 and the world renowned fly fishing Mataura River. This allows the purchaser many long-term options for development.
The farm has flat/gentle contour with steeper hill country providing good balance. Infrastructure is a basic weatherboard dwelling and good woolshed with covered yards and array of other sheds. Property is currently running 1,900 ewes and 140 calves.
Further additional potential subdivision is possible subject to resource consent approval. Please contact Country & Co to discuss further options for subdivision.
