Dairy Farm With Motivated Vendors

This practical dairy unit provides a great opportunity to an array of purchasers. Comprising mostly of moderate to medium rolling contour, the property has true character with aesthetic native plantings throughout. The property is well subdivided into 26 paddocks, with good access throughout along with a reliable water system.

The well-appointed 36 aside herringbone shed was thoughtfully built in 2008 for efficient and comfortable milkings providing a 1.8m wide isle, ACRs and in shed feeding system. Other farm buildings include a tidy five bedroom home, a well-kept woolshed and other supporting infrastructure.

Consented for 400 cows, our Vendors currently milk 240 cows and winter the entire milking herd on farm whilst implementing a 10 in 7 milking routine, allowing room for genuine production upside. Our Vendors have been good custodians of the land and are now looking to downsize.

Inspection is a must.
