Existing dairy unit located on the outskirts of Riverton. The farm is well laid out with excellent internal lane system, stock water and internal fencing. The farm produced 369,684kg MS ex 890 peak milk cows in the 2023/24 season, budget this current season is 360,000kg MS ex 890 peak milk cows. Effluent consent is for 990 cows and expires 31st May 2034.
