Existing dairy unit located on the outskirts of Riverton. The farm is well laid out with excellent internal lane system, stock water and internal fencing. The farm produced 369,684kg MS ex 890 peak milk cows in the 2023/24 season, budget this current season is 360,000kg MS ex 890 peak milk cows. New effluent consent (990 cows) and water permit until 2034. The farm is predominately flat/soft undulating with a smaller area of medium contour. 30 hectares has been regrassed in current season. Effluent consent is for 990 cows and expires 31st May 2034.
Soil tests on file. Maintenance fertiliser applied this season with two tonne Lime per hectare.
