Free Draining Wintering Run Off

Comprising 131 hectares, sandy to medium free draining soils, this run off is well set up and is currently utilized as a grass wintering and grazing support run off for a local 259 hectare dairy unit which is also separately on the market.

The property is located 10km from Invercargill. There is a modern set of cattle yards a four bay hay barn/workshop, reliable water system reticulated across the property and it is subdivided into 21 paddocks. A pasture renewal program was carried out early spring across the entire property.

Settlement will be the 1st June 2022 with this property being set up for the winter and will include 1,200 bales of baleage and pasture cover of 2,500kg of dry matter per hectare providing significant value.
