Domeburn comprises 1137.2040ha all being land classification six land, with approximately 970ha that will be for sale (subject to survey). Our vendor is negotiable on increasing land area to be sold if suited to the new purchaser. The adjacent property is also up for sale which has a titled area of 1223.6675 hectares with some afforestation and greenfields also, which together would make a significant large scale forestry investment.

Domeburn has a total net stocked area of 326 hectares that has been planted in Pinus Radiata, Douglas Fir and a small amount of exotic softwoods. There is currently a total of 49.34 hectares registered in the ETS, 49.9 hectares which is eligible for registration now and 220 hectares that will have the opportunity for registration in 2028.
