Moonlight comprises 1223.6675 hectares of mainly class 6 land classification, with 1,070 hectares (subject to survey) that is being offered to the market. The adjacent property, Domeburn is also currently for sale which has a titled area of 1137.2040ha with some afforestation and greenfield also, which when combined with Moonlight would make for a unique large scale investment.

Moonlight has been well established with approximately 104.9ha of Douglas Fir planted in 2019, that will generate a long-term carbon income stream for the new purchaser to capitalise on. There is also 136.8ha of Indigenous Bush, all of which is eligible for registration in the ETS.

Significant capital expenditure has been completed to de-risk the new purchasers' investments giving the opportunity to capitalise on a mixed forestry asset and further establish a large scale forestry portfolio.
