Water Supply

Gravity trough system to all paddocks apart from the hill blocks. Holding tank at the top of the hill is fed from a spring to the bottom to another tank via main 30ml pipe and 25ml laterals. There is also an old 2.5m deep bore that the vendors have not used and is not connected to power.

Fertiliser

250 kg Super 10 applied to paddocks each year. Liquid fertiliser was applied to hill block in August 2022.

Access & Roads

Convenient external access to the main yard and cottage via Naylor Road, Access also of State Highway 6 and McMillan Road. Partial internal access also with tidy laneway which leads from the yard to the south of the property.
