Water Supply

There are two bores on the farm that supply stock water, and dairy shed washdown. Some iron is prevalent and a new $60,000 filtration system was installed last season at cowshed. Each paddock is double troughed.

Water take is for 2 litres per second and 63,000 litres per day, expires 31st May 2034.

Main house is off bore with roof and tank water. Second house is from roof and tank.

Effluent

Very simply system that is gravity fed from cowshed to sludgebeds and weeping wall for separation. Then pumped to lined storage pond. Effluent is reticulated via underground hydrants and spread via pods.
Effluent consent is for 450 cows and expires 31st May 2034. Farm is consented for pods, slurry, and umbilical.
