Dairy with Rotary

Well located near Otautau in the farming district of Aparima offers to the market a 185 ha dairy farm that was converted in the 2013/14 season. Infrastructure features a 54 bale rotary cowshed with in-shed feeding, ACR's and milk meters. Two large family homes complement the farm, providing good options for owner operators or staff.
The farm produced 228,335 kg MS ex 460 cows in the 2024/25 season which was a challenging year due to Spring. Previous four year production average was 258,500 kg MS.
