Diverse Large Scale Farming Operation

Country & Co is privileged to present this substantial and versatile farming operation, located approximately 15km west of Mossburn. With a proven history in dairy grazing, the property is well suited to ongoing dairy support, including grazing, wintering and supplement production, while also successfully operating as a sheep and beef unit.

Predominantly flat with gentle undulation, the contour supports efficient stock movement, cropping and pasture utilisation. Strong subdivision, reliable water infrastructure and excellent internal access enhance productivity.

Improvements include a centrally located seven stand woolshed with covered yards, cattle yards, deer facilities, extensive shedding and three well-maintained homes. Balanced soils, proven crop performance and scale position this as a high-quality and versatile farming opportunity, enhanced by the Hamilton Burn stream and natural setting.
