Prime Dairy Unit with Quality Infrastructure

A beautifully presented South Hillend dairy farm combining proven performance, prime location and genuine future opportunity. Positioned in the highly regarded South Hillend district, just 18km from Winton, this established dairy unit is supported by practical infrastructure for efficient day-to-day operation. Excellent races and subdivision support consistent production of about 450,000kg MS from a peak of around 775 cows. Accommodation includes four homes plus single-person quarters, centred on a modernised main homestead in an attractive setting. An adjoining 98ha block with a 200-cow wintering barn is also available for $4,450,000 plus GST, providing valuable scale and support.
