Montana Flat - Premium Soils, Proven Performance

Montana Flat is a highly regarded and versatile farming property, recognised for its consistent performance, quality soils and excellent presentation. Predominantly flat in contour, the farm features productive silt loam soils and has benefited from an extensive pasture renewal programme, with approximately 160 hectares regrassed over the past four years.

The property is supported by a well-developed internal lane system, allowing for efficient stock movement and ease of management. Infrastructure includes a three bedroom home, a woolshed with covered yards, cattle yards and a good range of supporting sheds.

Held in five separate titles, Montana Flat provides flexibility for purchasers and is well suited to a range of farming systems. Its combination of quality soils, strong pasture development and locality makes it particularly suitable for cropping, dairy support, livestock finishing or a mixed farming operation.
