Tom joined the Country & Co team as a rural real estate agent in 2023, bringing with him a strong academic foundation and a growing track record of successful property sales. A graduate of Lincoln University, Tom holds a Bachelor of Land and Property Management, majoring in Rural Valuation, reflecting his long-standing passion for farming, land and rural property.



Through hands-on experience across the farming sector, combined with recent success in rural real estate, Tom has developed a deep understanding of both the operational, financial and emotional drivers behind farm ownership and sales. This enables him to genuinely relate to farmers and rural property owners, something he considers essential to achieving strong outcomes.



Known for his strong work ethic, clear communication and practical approach, Tom takes the time to listen, understand his clients’ objectives and execute tailored strategies that deliver results.
